A good viewings tour is more than just a list of appointments. Over two or three days, we show you not just properties, but the life around them: the local bakery, the promenade in the evening, the drive to the airport.
We plan the route and arrange appointments, drive with you and ensure there is room to let impressions sink in. No packed schedule, but an honest picture — including properties you are better off letting go.
How it works
We review your list and together select the properties worth viewing.
We plan the route and appointments, with time for the surroundings and the village.
A maximum of four to five properties per day, with an honest discussion after each one.
At home or on site: we lay everything out — including reasons not to buy.
